Sauces.—Can you or any of your numerous correspondents tell me how to make panard? Also Bechamel sauce ’—Young Housekeeper. Prunes.—Will you tell me of any nice, easy way of cooking these ?—Mabelle. Almond Icing.—l saw this on a cake the other day. How is it made, and on which sort of cake should it be put ? Shall be so grateful for an answer.—Bella.
