A New Branch of the Association

In November, 1928, steps were taken to form a branch of the Nurses' Association at Gisborne. A meeting was held, at which Miss Bicknell, Director Division of Nursing, was present, and explained the objects of the Association and the advantage to nurses m joining it.

Miss Benjamin, Matron of Gisborne Hospital, has accepted the office of President, and Miss North, Nurse Inspector of the district, is Hon. Secretary. VicePresidents, Mrs. W. Clark and Miss Knight. Committee. Miss Clark, Miss Leipst, Airs. Gunn, Miss Parker, Miss Arnot, Mrs. Brown ; 55 members.
