Obituary

We deeply xegret to record the death of Sister Marie Williams, of Mount Pleasant Hospital, which sad event took place on March 26th, after an operation for appendicitis. Miss Williams was spending a holiday at Waiheke, when she became suddenly very ill and returned to Auckland, when an operation was performed from which she never railled. Her loss is a great one to the nursing profession and is also greatly deplored by those members of the medical profession, to whom for years she had been a faithful and skilful assistant. Her many private friends sympathise keenly with her mother and sister m their great grief;
