[To the Editor.] Dear Madam, — May I ask for space m Kai Tiaki to make a little correction concerning a report which has gained ground m Auckland to the effect that I had contracted typhoid whilst nursing at our little Maori hospital m Northern Wairoa early this year ? I have never had typhoid m my life, and I am happy to say that after ten weeks hard nursing I was as strong and well as when I began. The other two nurses who were with me were both unfortunate enough to contract the disease. The mistake concerning myself has probably arisen through a confusion of names. A. Raleigh, M.A.T.N.A.
