We have received a sample bottle of Carnfout’s Three Star Brandy from the Wellington agents. “A fine wholesome spirit with a beautiful flavour, clean in the mouth and soft on the palate, ’’ that was the verdict of a member of our staff, well qualified to judge. As the get up is exceedingly good we can safely predict that the brandy will speedily “ catch on ” and become a favourite with the public. Mr. J. B. Hulbert, the scientific bootmaker, has just issued an illustrated pamphlec on “The Foot and its Troubles.” Ninety-nine out of every hundred people know absolutely nothing of that much abused part of their anatomy,. therefore they should read Hulbert’s pamphlet.
