Colour Slide Competition in January

The Moira Cox Memorial colour slide competition will be held at the Gisborne camp in January. Entries will be of three slides and a written description of them. Slides should deal with some aspect of botany, ornithology, geology, or other subjects of natural history. Judges will be asked to judge on educational value; so merely pretty landscapes are not wanted.

Members may enter any number of sets of three slides, but sets should preferably be related to one another. Sets will be judged with the written description. Those not attending the camp may post sets to Bernard Teague, Mahia Avenue, Wairoa, before 1 January.
