OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY.
To advocate and obtain efficient protection of our native forests and birds and the preservation of sanctuaries, and scenic .and other reserves, in their native state, and to enlist the practical sympathy of both young and old in these objects. The Society invites all those who realise the great economic and asthetic value of our native birds, and who wish to preserve our unrivalled scenic beauties, to band together with it to carry out these objects. The subscriptions are: Life Members £lO. — Endowment Members £l, Ordinary Members 10/-, Junior Members (under 19) 3/- per annum. Endowment Members comprise those who desire to contribute in a more helpful manner towards the preservation of our birds and forests. This magazine is issued quarterly to all members without charge.
