1. ; Communications.— AW official communications from any district .or station in connection with' this t\ department, . whether, by telegraph or otherwise, should be forwarded direct, to the Commissioner of Police, Christchurch, fr; .■■-’■l f’ J "i ‘

2. ; Police Gazette.— Communications for this Gazette should be addressed to the Commissioner of Police, prepaid; ‘they must be of Police interest, or no notice will be taken ,of them. Officers in charge of stations are requested to report to the Commissioner of Police every . instance -of the 1 non-delivery of the Gazette, and to I suggest from * time- to time such j alterations ’ in the addresses and 'in '■ the mode' of transmission 'as !
