His Excellency the Officer administering the Government transmits to the House of Representatives the document alluded to in a Resolution No. 16, of the 29th ultimo, requesting that the House might be furnished with " a Return of all correspondence between the New Zealand Government and the Home Government, on the subject of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of the Queen y.
