Land Transfer Amendment Bill. The Statutes Revision Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that it has considered the same, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed witli the amendments as shown on the copy of the Bill annexed hereto. 26th August, 1913. Municipal Corporations Amendment Bill. The Statutes Revision Committee, to which was referred the Municipal Corporations Amendment Bill, has the honour to report that it has carefully considered the rcme, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed with the amendments as shown in the copy attached hereto. Bth October, 1913. No. 321—Petition of J. Chalmers and 303 Others, Proprietors of Licensed Billiard-rooms in the Cities and Boroughs of New Zealand ; and No. 351—-Petition of Alcock and Co. (Limited) and 3 Others, Manufacturers of Billiard-tables and Accessories in New Zealand. Praying that section 32 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Bill should not become law. The Statutes Revision Committee, having considered the above petitions, has the honour to report that, as the subject-matter of these petitions is dealt with in the Municipal Corporations Amendment Bill, the Committee has therefore no recommendation to make.
