The Wellington Chronicle says that although the Government have as yet taken no steps regarding the probable changes in the Speakerships of both Houses, it is not unlikely that Sir William Fitzherbert will become Speaker of the Upper House, and Mr. O'Rorke will succeed him in the Lower House.
