This (rain will stop at Patea (dep 10.35 p.m.), Waverley, Waitotara and Aramolio. youth of Aramoho this train stops where required except at Awapnni, .Makerua, Ohau. Te Horo and Linden. On loth April special train leaves Wellington 11.122 p.m. for Nejw Plymouth, Patea arr 8.17 a.in. (11th), New Plymouth arr 11.17 a.m. Stops wtore required for passengers. On 14th April special train leaves New Plymouth for Wanganui and Wellington at 10.30 p.m. Stops at Patea (dep 1.1 a.m. 15th), Waverley, Aramoho, Marton, Eeildiug, Palmerston North and Levin. On 14th April special train leaves Wellington 8.15 p.m. for New Plymouth Patea arr 3.25 a.m. (15th), New Plymouth arr 0.5 a.m. Stops at Paekakariki, Otaki, Levin, Shannon, Palmerston North, Peilding, llalcombo, Greatford, Marton, Turakiua, Forded, Aramoho, Waitotara, Waverley, Patea, and Hawera only. NEW PLYMOUTH - AUCKLAND AND VICE VERSA - EXPRESS TRAINS LEAVE NEW PLYMOUTH 7.10 p.m. on IHIi 1 , Hih, I4lh, 15th, 10th and 18th April. Connecting train leaves Wanganui 3.20 p.m., Patea 5.10 p.m., Hawera 0.2 p.m. (change Stratford). 11.0 p.m. on 10th April connecting trains for Stratford leave Patea 5.10 p.m., Hawera 10.55 p.m. LEAVE AUCKLAND. 7.50 p.m. on gth, 9th, 10th, 14th, 15th and I7th April. 9.40 p.m. on 10th April. Connecting train leaves Stratford for Hawera 6.7 a.m. (11th). OPUNAKE BRANCH All train services suspended on 11th and 14th April. GOOD’ FRIDAY 11th APRIL, 1941 WANGANUI - NEW PLYMOUTH In addition to express trains only the following ordinary trains will run between Wanganui and New Plymouth: 8.20 a.m. Wanganui-Now Plymouth,; 1.45 p.m. New Plymouth-Wanganui; 5.13 p.m. Wellington-New Plymouth railcar; 3.40 p.m. New PlymouthWellingtou railcar. NEW PLYMOUTH - TAUMARUNUI - AUCKLAND The ordinary timetable will be suspended with the following exceptions: Express train (from Auckland 9.40 p.m., previous night), arrives Stratford 8.7 a.m., Nelw Plymouth 9.17 a.m. Express train leaves New Plymouth for Auckland 7.10 p.m. For further information see posters and free or enquire at stations. TROTTING RACES AT HAWERA i2th AND 14tin APRIL. GALA AT NEW PLYMOUTH 14th APRIL WANGANUI - HAWERA. The usual 8.20 and 10.10 a.m. Wanganui - New Plymouth trains will slop at Racecourse for passengers. Return train (stopping where required) leaves Racecourse 5.11 p.m., Hawera 5.25, Wanganui arr 8.40 p.m. OPUNAKE BRANCH: The 9.3 a.m. Hawera-Opunake and 12.40 p.m. Opunake-Haiwcra trains will run on 12th April but not on 14th April. SPECIAL EXCURSION TICKETS available for return until Tuesday, 15th April will be issued to Hawera or Hawera Racecourse by morning trains only, on 12th and 14th April from New Plymouth, Waitara, Wanganui, and intermediate stations, NOT available on express trains or rail ears.
