WEDDING BELLS
w ATMORE CORRIGAN
At “The Oaks, n Main South Road, Hawora, on Wednesday evening last, Miss Dorothy Corrigan, daughter of Mrs. L R. Corrigan , and the late Mr. ■Corrigan, was married to Mr. H. Atmore, M.P., Nelson. Only relatives attended and the ceremony took place on the illuminated verandah of the homestead against a background of autumn blooms. The officiating minister was the Rev A. Gf. Irvine. For her wadding Miss Corrigan wore a biegc lace frock and hat to tone and carried flowers in pastel shades. Her attendants were three nieces, Shirley and Patricia Nowell (Ngaorc) and Alison Corrigan (Hawora), whose ankle-length frocks ini shades of bronac, rust and blue, with flowers to tone, made a charming background for a ceremony conducted with simple dignity* , Mr. Atmore was attended by his nephew, Mr. E. Baigcint, of Nelson. Supper was served in tho dining yfi -room gay with autumn blooms.
