GRANT OF £620 TO CAWTHRON Institute. ,Iu order to ensure the continuance of entomological research work by the Cawthrou Institute on behalf of pastoral interests, a grant of £620 for two years lias been made by New Zealand primary producers’ organisations. The grant renders possible a continuance of important investigations by Dr. Miller •-•onceruing the biological control of piri piri, ragwort, and grass grubs, the Meat Board, the Dairy Board, Farmers’ Union, and New Zealand Co-oper-ative Dairy Company all contributing.
