STRANGE GOLF COINCIDENCE

PLAYER’S THIRD TDK SHOT HOLED. A young local golfer, John Turtle, playing at the Mount Herbert Golf Club's links, AVaipukuran, for '■ the third time at successive weekly intervals, on Monday holed in one at the same green, an almost unbelievable coincidence. The hole is a distance of 05 yards. On the latest occasion the ball alighted direct, although the pin was in its place.
