SCHOOL COMMITTEE ELECTION. At tlio meeting of householders helo ou Monday the following were elected members of the Opaku Sl-liool Committee: Messrs. H. Miller (chairman), D. Loftus (secretary), 11. Greenhill, A. Warner, and J. Marehant, On the motion of Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Greenhill, it was unanimously resolved that pressure bo brought to bear on the Minister of Education with a view to allowing live year old children to be enrolled on the registers of the public schools.
