V ES.SE LG BERTH AT BREAKWATER. Three Home-going vessels were work ing in the rondslend at Napier on Friday last. 'Two coastal vessels were berthed at the breakwater and an overseas steamer was to berth on Saturday afternoon. The road from Pori Ahnriri has been constructed to the breakwater on debris from the hill, the road from Napier being constructed similarly.
