KEBUI1.1)1X0 THE TOWN. Another important step in the rehabilitation of Napier has been taken by the Napier Borough Council, which has decided to appoint Mi - . J. S. Barton, S.M., and Mr. L. B. Campbell, Chief Inspecting Engineer to the Public Works Department, to be a committee of management for the control and supervision of the large task .of reconstruction and handling of .State finance that will be involved. The committee will start work officially to-dar.
