Philip Snowden, implying to an inquiry whether the Government proposed to adopt a new and more appropriate verse for the Natioual Anthem said that in this matter tradition was everything. The Government did not propose to improve thereon. It might be information to the questioner that only the tunc, not the words, eon st ituted the National Anthem,
