VI) FRANC Fl' A man in a state of starvation and evident distress was picked up on tin road by a motorist and taken to tin Tolaga Bay Hospital. A nurse later going through the man's clothes wai surprised to discover a bundle of Commonweallh Bank bills totalling £TI 1 The man was apparently suffering from some mental derangement.
