Bro. Kivell complimented the district officers on their past year’s work. The hinds of the district were being well conserved and the various funds were steadily increasing by judicious investneats. On Bro. Kivell’s suggestion the old benevolent, levy of fid per annum was reinstated. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows:--D.C.IL, Bro. A. .1. Gyde; D.5.0.R.. Bro. H. E. Williams; DAY.. Bro. E. T). Tate: D. 8., Bro. .T. E. Cameron. The -vc ret ary and treasurer were re-elected. P.D.C.IL Bro. G. W. Were’s name was placed on the merit board and he was presented with the A.D.F. jewel in appreciation of past services.
