CAR CAPSIZES IN LAGOON

YOUNG MAX’S BODY DISCOVERED

MYSTERY TO BE INVESTIGATED

It was reported to the Dunedin police on Sunday morning that a car upside down was lying in a lagoon about a mile on the Port Chalmers side of St. Leonards. On the arrival of the police at the spot the car was righted, and it was found that the body of a man, since idontitied ns that of J. C. Stycho, was inside. Rigor mortis had set in and the man had evidently been dead for a number of hours.

Stycho was a single man, aged 22, and boarded in South Dunedin. His parents reside at Port Chalmers. An inquest will be held.
