DECISION OF THE COUNCIL,

The Executive Council on Wedncsclay considered the case of Arthur Thomas Muinn, and its decision was that the sentence must bo carried out. Execution must take place within seven days of the issue of the warrant. Munn was found guilty' of murdering his wife at Northcote, Auckland.
