‘JACK THE RIPPER’ PARALLEL
AMAZING CHARGE AGAINST CURE
An extraordinary parallel to the Duwseldorf “Jack the Ripper” outrages has occurred at Saarbruckcn, but in (his instance the perpetrator tvns a 12 year old girl, Kathleen Rei.fer. who confessed to having killed a four year old girl who was found with throttling; marks on her nock. Then in quick succession three other children were discovered. The girl Eeifer maintains a stubborn silence in face of police questions. and has refused to give her motive for the murders. Her parents arc excellent citizens.
