ANOTHER NEW ZEALANDER
Air. Charles Purnell Parkersou, of Dean Strep tj, Auckland, flew {from Lyiupne to Brouklands, where ho is installing extra tanks in his allmetal Gypsy Moth, in which he intends to fly to Australia. It will have a flying range of 15 to 2U hours, at a cruising sxiced of 90 to 100 miles. He is caking - off about February 23. He intends to christen the fdane, which is painted silver and saxo blue, ‘‘Silver Heels.»» Air. Parkevson only qualified for his X)ilot’s license recently. Ho was learning at the Lympne aerodrome.
