Mr. L. A. Robinson left this morning to take up his new duties as postmaster at AATrangamomona.
' At the annual meeting of the Soutli Taranaki Automobile ‘Association, hold on Friday, Dr. AV. T. Simmons and Mr. C. R, Honeyfield were among tho vicepresidents elected.
Mr. AV. Adams, who at one time was head teacher of the Patca School, was a successful candidate for the election of a City . Councillor at Wanganui.
Mr. AV. Glenny leaves to-day on a brief visit to Auckland.
Mr. Gordon Fraser returned from AVellington on Saturday.
Mr. T. Nelson returned on Saturday from a holiday in the Hawke’s Bay district.
