Public notice is hereby given that it is the intention of certain ratepayers in the Otoia Riding of the Patea County to present a petition to the Patea County ■Council at its meeting to be held on Tuesday, 10th December, 1029, at 11 a.m., requesting the Council to levy a Separate Rate of SIX-ELEV-ENTHS of one penny in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable property within the Spence Road Separate Rating Area in the Otoia'Riding of the Patea County to cover part cost of metalling a portion of the Spence Road.
