FISH FRITTERS.
Take one cup of; flaked fish, a tablespoonful of milk, one cup lightly mashed potatoes, one egg, salt, pepper, and some parsley, a, heaped tablcspoouful of flour, ami a small teaspoont'nl of baking powder, A 1 ix the flour and powder, add the potatoes, then the lish and flavouring, and lastly the egg well beaten. Stic all with a fork and then lightly mould into balls or cakes without crushing (he potatoes, and fry in boiling fat. I’ile on a dish and garnish with either parsley or lemon, in slices.
