Pursuant to Section 42 of tlic Local Elections and Polls Act, 3920, I hereby give notice that an election will be held on the 22nd day of August, 1929, for the purpose of - electing one member of the Wavcrlcy Town Board, in place of Mr. S. J. Taylor, resigned, and I hereby appoint the Wavcrlcy Town Board’s Meeting Room as the place and August the 7th, 1929, before noon, as the day for the nomination of candidates for such office.
