The New Zealand AVool Committee, at its meeting in AVellington, fixed tlu maximum aggregate quantities eweed which may be offered at the vu.ri ous centres throughout tho Dominion during the forthcoming sea-son. The dates and quantities arc:— December 3, Christchurch, no limit. December 7, AVellington, 27,000 bales. December 12, Napier, 22,000 bales of Hawke’s Bay wools and 6000 bales of Gisborne wools, December 17, Timarn, no limit. December 21, Dunedin, no limit. January 7, Christchurch, 25,000 bales. January 12, AVellington, 27,000 bales. January IS, Napier, 22,000 bales ol Hawke's Bay wools and 8000 bales of Gisborne wools. January 23, Wanganui, 25,000 bales. January 31, Invercargill, no limit. February 5, Dunedin, 27,000 bales. February S, Timaru, 20,000 bales. February .13, Christchurch, 21,000 bales, February 19, AVellington, 27,000 bales February 23, Auckland, no limit. February 27, AVanganui, 20,000 bales. Tho foregoing quantities were fixed after very fid) consideration of the whole position and as in previous years tie committee was not fixing any maximum on the quantity which may be offered at the various sales to be held in the n.onthsj uf -.November f jand March.
