THE CARLISLE SCHOOL. WIND-UP EXHIBITIONS ON FRIDAY NEXT. All those interested in Boxing arc notilicd that the wind-pip night of the Carlisle Boxing School for the year 1928 has been fixed for Friday, 23rd inst., at 7.30 p.m. in the Domain Shed, About 30 boys will take part. LECKIE INJURES HAND NO FIGHTS FOR THREE MONTH,: The Manauatu Boxing Association received a telegram from Johnny Reekie advising that he had injured a hand and would be unable to fight for three months, also cancelling the bom with , Whybrow at Palmerston North on November 28.
