WAVERLEY

MEETING OF MEMBERS. Mrs. Graves, sen, presided over a very large •mooting of the Plunkot Society at the Rest Room, members from the Patea Society being present. A resident nurse for Patea- was discussed, and in the event of such taking place Waverley will become a branch of Patea. The proposal for the combined building scheme was passed and a delegation Availed on tho Town Board putting the matter before them, and requesting that the chairman call a public meeting with the object of putting before the public the proposed building scheme. The date of the meeting was fixed for November 27 at S p.m. The various committees will be represented. „ The nurse’s report for October was as follows:—Babies on books, 46; new babies, 4; mothers 4; and others, 1.
