PATEA domain BOARD

ORDINARY MEETING The monthly meeting of the Patca Domain Board was held in the Council Chambers on Wednesday night, Messrs J. H. Cronin (chairman), Jenkins (secretary), Thomson, Taylor and Roberts being present. Mr Cronin welcomed Mr Roberts as a member of the Board. The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed. Mr Taylor proposed that a meeting be held on the sports ground on Wednesday, April 33rd, at 1.30 p.ni., for the purpose of inspection for general improvements. . v i Seconded by Mr Thomson and carried. It was decided that the members of the Tennis Club be invited to meet the Board on the grounds on Wednesday afternoon to discuss the removal of trees on the tennis grounds. The annual balance-sheet was read and adopted, subject to audit. It w r as decided that meetings of the Board be held on the second Monday of each month at 7.30 p.m. As the next meeting of the Board will be the annual meeting, all members are requested to be present.
