TUTANKHAMEN'S TOMB

MORE DISCOVERIES

LONDON, September 21. Lecturing to-night on the finding of Tutankhamen’s tomb, Mr Howard Carter said:—“Though we have removed six hundred objects, this is only a quarter of the material in the tomll, the annexe to the tomb, and the inner store chamber. The task of dealing with the discovery will require at least two years? more work. The material before us is, without doubt, of greater interest and value than that already found. We ■should discover the crown and other articles of the regalia of Tutankhamen. Imagination falters at what the tomb may yet disclose.”
