The property is situated at the corner of Egmont and Norfolk Streets and has a practically new live roomed dwelling thereon with bathroom, scullery, washhuse etc., all under one roof. If tho purchaser of the property shall bo a Discharged Soldier who has not previously received an advance under tho provisions of the Discharged Soldiers’ Settlement Act 1915 or the amendments thereof he shall, subject to the approval of the Taranaki District Laud Board be entitled to allow part of the purchase money to remain on mortgage to the Grown.
