PATEA DOMAIN BOARD.

A meeting of the Patea Domain Board was held on Monday, Mr J. H. Cronin presiding. Messrs Harrison, Strouts. Fairweathe* - and Locker were also present. The minutes of the previous meeting wore road and confirmed.

Correspondence was read from the Grazing Syndicate enclosing £ll/14/for rents

The Resident Engineer wrote stating that ho would be pleased to visit Patea and inspect the grandstand, etc., at a date to be fixed by the Board. The Treasurer reported a credit balance of £l4/2/-. An account for £7/16/. for labour was passed for payment.

It was decided that the cost of concreting the roadway in front of the Memorial Gateway be paid by the Board if necessity.

This concluded the business of the Domain Board and the meeting adjourned.
