The Franco-Polish agreement provides that if Poland is attacked Prance will assist with materials and technicians, but no troops. Poland undertakes to reorganise her army on a stronger footing. The agreement regulates tariffs and the exchange of commodities, and provides for a French and Polish undertaking to exploit American oil.
