PATEA DOMAIN BOARD.
OKDINAKY MEETING
The ordinary monthly meeting of the Patca Domain Board was held on Tuesday night, Messrs. -Strouts, Brewer, Harrison, Fairweathcr, and Locker being present.
An apology was. received from Mr J. H. Cronin for non-attcndancc.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. -
It was unanimously decided to acecp Mr. Godfrey's offer to act as caretaker.
It was decided that the matter for repairs to the gateway on the Heads Bead be left in the hands of the Secretary. The question of War Memorial was considered, and it was decided that a special meeting of the Board be held immediately the quotation for the gateway is received from Messrs Jones Bros. It was resolved that no further sums be expended for the present on any work but that of clearing the Domain,
Accounts totalling £74 IDs lid were read and passed for payment, and the meeting adjourned.
