Residential electors, whose votes were not recorded at the last General Election, for Commissioners, will not be included in this year's list, unless fresh application is made. Residential qualification now includes any person, of cither sox, who is a British subject, and who is 21 years of age, and has resided for twelve months in New Zealand, and three months in the Town District.
