The following committee was elected to prepare schemes to lay before, the !b;al meeting : F. Locker, J. J. itoltham, N. G. Harding, R. S. Thompson, 11. IL Hicks, R. W. Hamcrlou, A. Duvies, C. M. Slrouts, O. A. Larcoml.se, J. C. McLauchlan, J. 11. Cronin, F. G. Da.vies, Dr. .Simmons, and His Worship the Mayor. A full report of the meeting will appear in our next issue.
