The death took place at Inglewood yesterday of Air. T. E. Hainorton, father of Atv. R. AV. Hainorton of Ratea. The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon at the Baton cemetery. The young man, AV. Noilson, whoso skull was fractured in the Alton v. Ratca football match, was operated on nt the Hospital on Alonday night, and is now, we arc glad to say, making good progress towards recovery. Lieutenant R. A. Brewer, who returned to the Dominion recently by (he Kigoma, arrived bach in Rated yesterday. Lieutenant Brewer was among the New Zealanders who trekked through Belgium to Germany where he remained with the Army of Occupation for some time.
