ft fitting Memorial TDe proposed flttflllcan Cathedral to be erected in Wellington will be a permanent and powerful testimony to all that is high and noble in life. Built by a grateful people, and inspired by thankfulness to God and gratefulness to our fellow men who sacrificed their lives to bring freedom to earth, CIK Rcu> Anglican Cathedral has for its very foundation the noblest and best that God and man can give—sacrifice for others. It is this spirit of sacrifice on the part of the people which will make possible the erection of a building suitably immortalising the memory of those who by their supreme sacrifice have brought a fuller life and liberty to the Nations of the World. This building will be a credit to New Zealand and a source of pride to every inhabitant. YOUR CONTRIBUTION IS NEEDED! All who desire to have a share in this Memorial Cathedral are requested to communicate at once with the Hon. Organising Secretary, Rev. C. F. Askew, St. Mark’s Vicarage, Wellington (‘Phone 2492). Government Bonds and tVar Loan Certificates may be donated. Legacies also are invited. Contributions may be spread over a period of one to five years. r~
