OTICE is hereby given that at .X. u 11 special meeting of the Moturoa Road Board, held on the 27th day of November, 1908, the following' resolution was passed : In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by j “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” tho Moturoa .Road Board hereby resolves as follows : That for the purpose of providing j interest and other chaiges on a loan of £232 being part of a joint loan of £I2OO, authorised to be raised by the I Moturoa Road Board in conjunction I with the Olcotuku and Wairoa Road j Boards and the Patea County Council under the abovementioned Act for the purpose of completing the g tp between the jVlangitangi and Okofcuku roads by acquiring the land, necessary for such purpose, fencing and forming a road and rendering the same fit for traffic, the said Moturoa Road Board hereby makes and levies a special rale of three-eighths of a penny in the pound ! upon the rateable value of all rateable j property of tho special district in the! Moturoa Road District called “The Okotuku Special Rating i District,” comprising all those sections of land bounded on the north by boundary between Wellington and Taranaki Land Districts, on the west by the Okotu u road, on the south by the Olcotuku road, on the east by section 76, block . 11, Wairoa Survey District, Momohaki stream, western shore of Momohaki Lake, and sections 5 and 9, block 111, Omahine Survej’ currency of such loan and be payable half yearly on the first day of March and the first day of September iu each and every year during the currency of such loan being a period of 41 years or until the loan is fully paid off, the interest to bo paid on such loan being at the rate of £3 10s per centum per annum, and that the cost of raising such loan and the interest for the first year be paid out of the loan moneys. And notice is hereby also given that the said resolution will be submitted to a special meeting of the said Moturoa Road Board to be held at tho office of the said Board at Waverley on Friday, the eighth day of January, 1909, at two p.m,, for confirmation as a special order.
