Fragments were scattered in all directions. One arm was found in Hine street, fully 100 yards away. A linen collar found bore the name of “ A. J. Burgess,” who is a stationer in business here. Other indications show that the body is his, though it is not yet absolutely identified. Apparently the man had placed his head on- a pharge of dynamite, having previously lighted the fuse.—Star. An inquest was hold on Saturday • into the circumstances surrounding the death of Alexander Grattan Burgess, a verdict being returned of suicide during temporary insanity, the jury expressing sympathy with the wife and relatives of the deceased.
