RUSSIAN AFFAIRS.
St Petersburg, June 19. A battalion of sappers at Kiefi mutinied and fired volleys at random. A captain and three men were killed and 60 wounded. Five loyal battalions surrounded and disarmed the mutineers, 250 of whom were arrested. One hundred and ninety three escaped. Three bombs have been discovered in the fSelenghi regiment's barracks]
