Hau atu ana te rongo ki Oropi, ki hea whenua, ki hea whenua, ko Aotearoa te motu, ko Tawhiao te tangata. Mawai hoki te kupu e here 1 Hua atu ma Tawhiao, ma te uri tangata. Ete motu whaia te pito o te taura e purutia tikatia mai nei e Tawhiao. Kei whakaaro noa, he taonga iti te Puru Ripine, te Kuru Tepara. Ko mana tena, ko purero tena, ko hira tena, ko ora tena. Epa e Tawhiao ko koe te whakamoemitianei e nga Pakeha me nga Maori mo to whakaarahanga i te Ture Puru Ripine, me to karangatanga ki nga iwi, "tuia, tuia, tuituia!" Na Hare Reweti.
