Sir, Referring to my letter of the 1st ultimo, communicating to you the recent regulations respecting a/cs for Travelling expences I have the honor to acquaint you that the enclosed accounts forwarded to me together with your report dated August 26th are inadmissible in this present form, and are therefore herewith returned in order that you may refurnish them in comformity to the regulations above alluded to.
