Manawatu 15th. August 1851. My dear McLean, I received your Statement of Accounts per Post yesterday, which I believe is correct, with the exception that you have given me for the last Bay Horse £16:13:4 instead of £18. The balance I must have some of these days. We have heard so many reports of your marriage lately that I scarcely know whether to congratulate; but should you take Mrs. McLean by land to Taranaki, we do hope you will make our house a resting place for a few days. Yours very sincerely (Signed) Thomas Kebbell. To:- Donald Maclean Esq Wellington.
