He has unfortunately sold out of the Army and is now anxious to enter the Police Force in New Zealand, or indeed to He obtained his Commission from Sandhurst without purchase and came out very high on the List, and has served in India. He would gladly enter the Police and from his Military service and active habits he would be especially fitted for the Forces. He is determined to get on, if he can once make a start, and I am confident if you could recommend him, he would not abuse your confidence.
