Browne's land and he will go into the business with you when you come up - I named you as my referee in a former letter as you know all about the property and I am willing to give what rent you think fair not exceeding £300 p.a. for 21 years - If for a shorter term say 200£ p. a. - The lease is now expired and the last 1/2 years rent has been paid and I want a new lease or at least a definite answer yesor no.
